Biography:

Chris serves as a Mortgage Banking Specialist for First National Bank in Greenville, SC. Chris specializes in the Purchase & Construction / Renovation of Primary and Secondary homes, offering Jumbo, Conventional, and Portfolio loan programs – including Lot loans.

Chris also specializes in financing for Physicians, Resident/Fellow Physicians, and Dentists, which include MDs (Medical Doctors), DOs (Doctors of Osteopathy), DPMs (Doctors of Podiatric Medicine), DVMs (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), along with DMDs and DDS (including Dental Surgeons, Orthodontists, and General Dentists). The Physician / Doctor Loan program offers up to 100% financing with no mortgage insurance for Fixed Rate Mortgages and ARM Mortgages throughout most of the Southeast United States. The Physician Loan / Doctor Loan program is available in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, D.C (Metro Area), West Virginia, and Florida.
