Kim Althouse-Villa serves as a Mortgage Banking Specialist for First National Bank. In this role, she has responsibility for mortgage loan origination. She specializes in residential mortgage financing for physicians (MD, DO, DPM, including residents and fellows), dentists (DDS and DMD), veterinarians (DVM), certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA) and other qualified medical professionals in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida and the District of Columbia.
