Biography:

Kathy Shaw serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. In this role, she has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans, including purchase, constructions and refinance options, in the southwestern region of Ohio.

Shaw joined First National Bank in 2024, with more than 30 years’ experience in mortgage lending. She studied business/accounting at Wright State University and sat as a member of the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Dayton.
