Katy Sozzi serves as Mortgage Banking Specialist for First National Bank of Pennsylvania in Charlotte, NC. Katy specializes in jumbo financing, construction and renovation loans, lot loans, as well as both conventional and portfolio purchase and refinance options.
Additionally, Katy specializes in financing for Physicians, Resident/Fellow Physicians, and Dentists. This financing option allows up to 100% financing with no mortgage insurance on either a fixed rate or adjustable-rate mortgage. These loans are offered for MDs (Medical Doctors), DOs (Doctors of Osteopathy), DPMs (Doctors of Podiatric Medicine), DVMs (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), along with DMDs and DDS (including Dental Surgeons, Orthodontists, and General Dentists). The Physician/Doctor loan program is available in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington DC (Metro Area), West Virginia, and Florida.
