Thinking about buying a home but not sure where to start? The FNB Homebuyer Education seminars are a great way to learn more about purchasing a new home. These seminars will provide you with useful information about budgeting, savings, credit and homeownership resources that are available to purchase a home. Each seminar1 will include three in-person sessions, along with a virtual workshop.

Each seminar will include in-person sessions on credit and budgeting, the loan process and third-party homebuying partners. There will also be an eight-hour virtual workshop included with each session that is required to earn a Homebuyer Education Certificate2.

1 - Spanish interpretation and translation services will also be provided for each session of the seminar.
2 - To earn a Homebuyer Education Certificate, you must attend the eight-hour virtual workshop. The Homebuyer Education Certificate will give you access to certain homebuyer assistance programs, mortgage products or rates offered by FNB.
