If you had multiple Login IDs for your Howard Bank personal or small business accounts and those accounts were associated with the same Tax ID or Social Security Number, we selected one Login ID to migrate to our personal and small business Online Banking platform.
Generally, if you had both business and personal Login IDs, we migrated your personal Login ID. If, during our analysis of your usage activity, we opted to migrate your business Login ID, or if you had multiple business Login IDs, we contacted you directly and provided you with the Login ID that you should use to enroll in Online and Mobile Banking at FNB.
