Biography:
Joe Cotter serves as a Mortgage Banking Sales Manager for First National Bank in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, he has responsibility for residential mortgage originations and the recruitment of loan originators in Central Ohio. He specializes in purchase, construction-to-permanent/renovation and physician loans, along with first-time homebuyer programs.
Cotter joined First National Bank in 2024, with more than 30 years’ experience in mortgage lending. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University.
Based in Galena, OH, Cotter volunteers his time for several charities dedicated to conquering childhood cancer, supporting affected families.
