Biography:

Kristiann Hooks serves as a Mortgage Banking Consultant for First National Bank. In this role, she has responsibility for originating residential mortgage loans, including construction-to-permanent, lot, physician, conventional, Veterans Affairs, Federal Housing Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture loans. She serves clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Hooks joined First National Bank in 2020, with more than 35 years’ experience in mortgage lending.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Hooks has volunteered her time caring for the homeless through various organizations, including the Union County Community Shelter, Friendship Trays, The Uptown Shelter, Room at the Inn and many more. She spent several years serving on the board of the Charlotte Homebuilders Women's Council.
