Powerful resources to help you own your dream.

Diverse Solutions for Homebuyers

We offer a wide range of resources for people of all income levels — including mortgages that require little or no down payment — and we consider less-than-perfect credit. Recent enhancements to our offerings include an expanded closing cost assistance program, fully digital mortgage experience and no-overdraft-fee eStyle checking accounts.1

Up to $5,000 Closing Cost Assistance2

FNB Home Ownership or FNB Home Rehabilitation Program applicants may qualify for a Closing Cost Assistance Grant, available to borrowers who have low or moderate income or who are purchasing a home in a low- to moderate-income (LMI) community.
