Comm Bancorp, Inc. was the Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania-based parent company of Community Bank and Trust Company.  With 15 bank branches across five counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Community Bank and Trust provided First National Bank with $642 million in total assets, including $577 million in deposits and $465 million in loans.
