Getting Started with Direct Deposit Switch

STEP 1: Prepare Your HR/Payroll Access
Before you start, make sure you have online access to your employer's/payroll provider's system (e.g., Workday®,
ADP®, Intuit®, etc.) and that you have your User ID and Password. You may need to contact your employer to obtain access.

STEP 2: Log in to FNB Online Banking
Log in to FNB's Online Banking using your FNB Online/Mobile Banking User ID and Password. This will be different than your employer's/payroll provider's system. If you don't already have access, you can enroll in Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

STEP 3: Access Direct Deposit Switch
Access the link for Direct Deposit Switch in Online Banking. Follow the instructions to find your employer's/payroll provider's system and then log in with your employer's/payroll provider's system User ID and Password to adjust your direct deposit instructions.

STEP 4: Receive Confirmation of Direct Deposit Setup
Once you complete the process, we will provide a confirmation that you have successfully established a direct deposit relationship to your FNB account(s).

NOTE: If you experience problems with accessing your employer/payroll provider, you can reset your password within the Direct Deposit Switch service. Otherwise, contact your employer/payroll provider for help.
