Send money directly to the recipient using just their U.S. mobile phone number or email address, typically in minutes.
Send a request for money. The person who receives the request will be able to accept or decline. If they accept, you will typically receive the money in minutes.1
If you need to split a bill or share a cost with multiple people, you can use the split feature to calculate how much everyone owes and send a request for money.
1 - To receive money in minutes, the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®.
2 - It is important to know and trust those you send money to. Once you authorize a payment to be sent, you can't cancel it if the recipient is already enrolled in Zelle®. The money moves quickly - directly into the recipient's bank account, typically within minutes.
3 - In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled in Zelle®.
