Bartels is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® and Certified Financial Planner™.

David Valentiner, CFA
Managing Director of Interest Rate Management

With more than 25 years of financial services experience, Valentiner oversees interest rate risk management services in North and South Carolina and supports clients through a variety of derivative solutions. He is a graduate of Davidson College and is a holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Energy Risk Professional (ERP) designations.
