FNB’s EZPay provides your organization with a web portal to upload a single file containing all of your vendor payments, regardless of the transaction type agreed upon between you and your trading partners (Check, ACH and Credit Card).
Authorized users from your organization will receive secure access to a web portal where you will upload payment files directly from your ERP/accounting software. A single file can include all of the various payment types you need to pay your vendors.
EZPay delivers a single solution that manages the printing and mailing of checks and creates and transmits to FNB both Positive Pay issue files and National ACH Association (NACHA) formatted ACH origination files. Virtual card transactions are also supported and are delivered to FNB’s card processing platform.
The portal performs as an extension of your accounts payable (AP) department. Payment history is available 24/7 and is maintained for seven years, providing a comprehensive tracking, reporting and research tool. For added convenience, your vendors also will have access to a secure portal to register their banking information and obtain details on their ACH and virtual card payments activity.
