Authenticated Mobile Banking enables you to securely chat with our Customer Contact Center representatives through the Customer Service Chat feature. Once logged in, simply tap the “Chat” bubble icon located on every screen of the FNB Direct Mobile Banking app to message a representative. With Secure Chat, you can accomplish many of the same tasks available through calling the Customer Contact Center.

If you want to check your balances and review transactions, you can do so quickly and easily with text message banking. Simply send a text message with a brief command to our SMS short code, 91489, and we will respond with your current balances, transaction history, ATM and branch locations, and more. Common commands include BAL (balance), ATM or BRANCH + your Zip Code (locations) and HIST (history) + your account name.
