Authenticated Mobile Banking users can securely chat with our Customer Contact Center representatives through the Customer Service Chat feature. If you want to check your balances and review transactions, you can do so quickly and easily with text message banking. Simply send a text message with a brief command to our SMS short code, 91489, and we will respond with your current balances, transaction history, ATM and branch locations, or more. Common commands include BAL (balance), ATM or BRANCH + your zipcode (locations) and HIST + your account name (history).
